REGISTRATION
How many recruiters can join during the event?

There is no limit for how many recruiter passes you can purchase. On average companies who participated during the spring fairs joined with 10 recruiters and say they will bring in more recruiters during the fall fairs due to amount of schools and talent participating from all over the world.

Is there a limit for how many virtual profiles one company can purchase?

No limitation. Please reach out to us directly for details if needed. at virtualfairs@highered.global

PRICING
How much does it cost for our company to participate?

The fee is 99€ per recruiter/fair. Eventbrite charges an additional service fee of 6%.

CHAT

How do the private conversations work?

The recruiter can have more than 1 conversation at the same time. During a private conversation, new private conversations can be initiated. Only talent can initiate private chats.

Will the private chat have a video interface? Or will it be just written communication?

Chats are written. Talent can be invited to any video chat platform you choose as result of the initial

WEBINARS

How much time do we have for webinars?

You can schedule as many webinars with any duration during the fair. We recommend running live webinars with Q&As. Inviting your current graduates to participate as panellists or presenters proved to be successful during the spring series.

Scheduled webinars are presented in the fair agenda for talent on the virtual campground and in your virtual profile. Attendees will click to join. If you choose to require registration to the webinars you will have access to participants in your own platform, e.g Zoom, Skype for  Business, Google Meetings etc

BEFORE THE FAIR

Am I able to schedule private chats with booth visitors?

Yes. Visitors will see when your recruiters are online.

Can I set up my own booth?

Yes. Boot setup will take 15-30 minutes. The process is straightforward and easy. Setup is done through our Content Management System. You are able to upload everything yourself. You will receive a recording and onboarding document with the most important things to prepare for. If support is needed this is available to you in all time zones.

How long would I need to setup my booth?

15-30 minutes.

When will I get access to set-up our Virtual profile?

After completing the Eventbrite registration you will receive a video guiding you through the process. An email with a unique link to your virtual profile will be sent 14 days prior to the event.

DURING THE FAIR

What time do the virtual career fairs start? Duration?

The faiirs are open 48 hours and start 9 AM local. Please see visual presentation of the streams expected here

 What opportunities will I have to interact with the talent on the day of the event?

The Virtual fairs replicate an actual recruiting event, where talent easily can connect, chat and engage with potential employers.

  • Private live chats with talent visiting your virtual profiles

  • Present employer branding content and relevant positions and programs

  • Hold webinars with links to external platforms of your choice

  • Each event has a duration of 48 hrs

Each fair lasts 48 hours

How many positions can we post during the event?

Currently there is no limitation.

Can I link my job ads to my own applicant tracking system?

Yes.

ANALYTICS / AFTER THE FAIR

With regards to talent engagement, what analytics will I have access to?

All data from each fair will be made easily available to you in the Highered Talentpanel.

Will you be running country specific virtual career fairs?

We will offer country specific fairs based on demand per country. We encourage you to think of students studying abroad with necessary permits and plans to move back home when considering joining our scheduled fairs.

Corporate partners on annual plans are offered the opportunity to run client specific events with the Highered Virtual Recruitment platform.

 

Is it possible to download data from my virtual profile?

We encourage our corporate partners to consider all data from your booth which will be downloadable in csv./xlsx. 

 

How long will I have access to my data after the event?

30 days.Corporate partners on annual plans have access in line with the subscription.

 

Which data will I have access to after the fair?

All data from talent visiting your Virtual Profile will be available to download directly from the Highered Talentpanel 30 days after the event. Corporate partners on annual subscriptions have access to the fair data inline with their subscriptions. Additional reports are available upon request as an additional service.

Which information do talent register prior to entering the fair?

There is a wide variety of information requested during the registration process, including level of study, disciplines, nationality and work permits.

 

How would we be sure that we are targeting the right audience/key universities with these career fairs?

Schools supporting the EFMD Virtual Career Fair Series are top accredited and top ranked schools worldwide. Schools will be inviting their talent to the virtual career fairs. The fairs are structured according to disciplines/programs to ensure relevance of audience at each fair.

 

If not located in regions for the virtual fairs would it still be beneficial to participate?

Yes. According to UNESCO there are more than 5 million students studying abroad. Some international students will be looking for opportunities in their country of origin.
