Geely onboarded the Highered platform early 2018 and has been utilizing Highered Global Talent Network to recruit top Chinese students studying overseas. Erik, Chief Commercial Manager at Highered, Gavin, Head of Highered China, and Daisy, Corporate Relations Manager, represented the Highered China team and visited Geely Headquarters in Hangzhou to deepen the understanding of Geely’s talent acquisition goals and to help Geely maximize the utility of the Highered platform. During the meeting, Geely HRs and the Highered team discussed graduate recruitment trends both domestically and internationally and Geely’s intention to hire more STEM students, apart from business and management students, in the coming years.

Highered’s exclusive talent network which covers 500 top management and business schools in 80 countries enables companies to have a direct reach to competent candidates across the globe. Through Highered’s targeted newsletters and promotions to schools in Australia, Canada, France, and the UK, where a significant amount of Chinese students study at, Geely effectively increased its exposure, especially towards relevant Chinese graduates.

Highered will expand its talent network by welcoming 150 top engineering schools in 2019, and 200 more engineering schools in 2020.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are hiring graduate students in business and STEM disciplines.
